Kukio

Kukio is the first private equity Golf and Beach Club on Hawaii’s Big Island. Comprising about 1,100 acres of oceanfront property it is the first Kohala Coast resort that does not include a hotel. Privacy is paramount. Property owners may be extended the opportunity to apply for membership to the Kuki’o Golf and Beach Club. Membership is by invitation only. The direct oceanfront setting of the Beach Club includes a private members clubhouse, beach bar, dining pavilion, watersports center and comprehensive indoor/outdoor spa, and the community’s signatures Outdoor Pursuits Program. Upslope from the short course is an 18-hole Tom Fazio-designed championship golf course, featuring dramatic coastline views.

North of the Kona Village Resort the Ka’upulehu property is being developed with single-family homesites, many with direct ocean frontage. A Cultural Preserve and Interpretive Center to deepen awareness of the historic nature of the area will be featured. These owners will have their own oceanfront Beach Club and may apply for membership in the Kuki’o Golf and Beach Club.
